Another major feat has been recorded under the Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq led administration in Kwara State, as the Harmony Hub II project which was abandoned by the previous administration has been completed, with its spaces now up for sale.
Conceived under the previous administration, Harmony Hub II is a real estate project intended to be an add-on to Harmony Hub I, but was abandoned midway to the disappointment of many subscribers.
The project, anchored by Harmony Holdings Limited through its subsidiary company, HHL Investment and Property Development Company (HIPDC), was however reactivated by the present administration of Governor AbdulRazaq like it did and is doing with so many other abandoned projects of the previous administration in its belief in public good.
The reactivation process was championed by the present Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Holdings Limited, Mallam Abdullahi Abdulmajeed who apologized to those who had subscribed to the Harmony Hub II project before it was abruptly abandoned by the previous administration.
He explained to newsmen that the reactivation process is part of his ongoing turnaround management of Harmony Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, including their inherited assets and projects.
Abdulmajeed added that similar efforts are also in the works to reactivate the long-abandoned ICT Hub project of the previous administration, immediately after exit from the Harmony Hub II project.
He also appreciated the subscribers to the ICT Hub at Yidi Road, Ilorin for their patience all the while, assuring them that the turnaround train will hit the abandoned project soon.
The GMD/CEO conveyed deep appreciation to His Excellency Governor AbdulRazaq for his unflinching support in the actualisation of the onerous tasks at Harmony Holdings at all times.
He acknowledged the unassuming moral support the Governor has been providing to the turnaround management efforts despite series of blackmail and campaigns of calumny.
Abdulmajeed meanwhile urged investors and corporate organisations to look the way of Harmony Hub II in setting up their businesses and offices, saying the spaces are now up for sale.
Harmony Hub II is strategically located in Fate area of Ilorin, some minutes drive to ShopRite, where a beehive of activities take place on daily basis.
Some of the features of the AC-fitted facility include: professional facility management services, water/power supply, 24 hours security services, ample parking space, amongst others.
Meanwhile, a group of staff members of Harmony Holdings Limited and its subsidiary, HHL Investment and Property Development Company (HIPDC) on Friday, July 8, 2022 held a roadshow to advertise and promote the facility to the public.
They moved round popular areas in Ilorin metropolis, taking off from Fate through to Maraba to Post Office to Taiwo and other places, echoing the message of Harmony Hub II.
The roadshow further amplified the Harmony Hub II project, as more people are now aware of its existence and completion.
