BACKGROUND

Harmony Holdings Limited was established as a Limited Liability Company on 23rd April 2012 as the investment management vehicle for all Kwara State's commercial and business interests.

It is wholly owned by the State Government and its mandate is to ensure that all the State's business portfolios are run profitably, and also to help drive the economic development of the State by partnering with local and international businesses to yield good financial and social returns for the people of Kward State.

VISION STATEMENT

To be one of the top three government-owned holding companies in Nigeria with minimum annual revenue of N50 billion by 2032.

MISSION STATEMENT

To build a fully diversified Government owned Holding Company with interests in key value sectors of the economy, creating job opportunities for Kwara State indigenes and delivering economic returns to the State.
