Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Holdings Limited Mallam Abdullahi Abdulmajeed has congratulated the Christian community on the dawn of Christmas celebrations.
The GMD/CEO in a statement issued by the Corporate Affairs Unit wished the Christians a happy, memorable and joyous felicitation.
“I congratulate our Christian brothers and sisters on the occasion of this year’s Christmas. I wish everyone celebrating a happy, memorable and joyous felicitation.
“I specially congratulate staff, customers and other stakeholders of Harmony Holdings Limited group-wide who are Christians on this occasion. May the Almighty God grant everyone of them the grace and enablement to witness many more in their lifetime.
“I urge everyone to use the opportunity of the holidays to have a good time with their family, get quality rest and relaxation. They should also use the opportunity of the season to reflect on the life, times, values and sacrifices of Jesus Christ who is at the centre of this celebration,” the statement read.
Abdulmajeed also admonished the Christian community to imbibe the spirit and ideals of the season in everyday conduct, while striving towards the entrenchment of truth and collective wellbeing.
While wishing for a happy new year (2023) ahead, he prayed for a peaceful, prosperous and more enduring Nigeria, especially as the next general election draws nearer.
